About Me
Wiktoria
Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist
I’m Wiktoria, a BSc (Hons) Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist based in London, supporting clients through 1:1 online consultations.
My work focuses on understanding why symptoms are happening, not just managing them on the surface. I take a whole-person approach, looking at blood sugar patterns, digestion, stress, sleep, and daily routine, so your plan is tailored to you, not a one-size-fits-all template.
I specialise in prediabetes, insulin resistance, and blood sugar balance (including support for type 2 diabetes alongside medical care) using a realistic, gut-friendly approach that’s designed to be sustainable in real life.
If you’d like to feel more in control of your energy, cravings, and consistency with food, you can start with a free 15-minute discovery call.
My Philosophy
Good nutrition for blood sugar balance shouldn’t feel confusing, restrictive, or overwhelming.
I believe in:
Personalised support based on your symptoms, routine, digestion, and goals (not one-size-fits-all plans)
Evidence-informed nutrition combined with a realistic approach you can maintain in everyday life
Gut-friendly strategies that support cravings, energy, and consistency without making digestion worse
Small, meaningful changes that build steady progress over time
My role is to guide, educate, and support you so you feel confident making food and lifestyle choices that work for your body and your life.
How I Work
Everyone starts from a different place, so my support is structured, personalised, and flexible.
During our work together, we:
Explore your symptoms, health history, and goals
Review your food pattern, digestion, energy, cravings, and blood sugar triggers
Look at key lifestyle factors that affect glucose balance, including stress, sleep, movement, and daily routine
Identify your likely drivers (for example insulin resistance, meal timing, gut symptoms, hormones, or nutrient gaps)
Create a clear, personalised plan with a few focused priorities, not a long list of rules
Follow-up sessions help us review what’s working, troubleshoot what’s getting in the way, and adjust your plan as your body and life change.
Who I support
I work with adults who want a calm, structured, and realistic approach to metabolic health, particularly around:
Prediabetes and insulin resistance (blood sugar swings, cravings, energy crashes, weight changes)
Type 2 diabetes support alongside your GP/diabetes team
PCOS where insulin resistance is part of the picture
Fatty liver (NAFLD) support, where appropriate, as part of overall metabolic health
A gut-friendly approach for those who also struggle with bloating, constipation, or sensitive digestion while improving blood sugar balance
You don’t need to have everything figured out to get started. We’ll begin where you are and build a plan that fits your body and your life.
