Is this You?

You may be in the right place if:

You don’t need to have it all figured out. We’ll start where you are and build a plan that feels simple to follow.

Meet Wiktoria

I’m a BSc-qualified Naturopathic Nutritionist based in London, providing online support for prediabetes, insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes (alongside medical care) with a realistic, gut-friendly approach.

How Can I Help

Different starting points, the same approach:
understand what is going on for you, then work out what to eat.

Prediabetes

Practical food support after a raised blood sugar reading, explained in plain English rather than percentages.

Insulin resistance

Everyday eating and lifestyle support for people who have been told their body is not handling carbohydrates well.

Type 2 diabetes

Food and habit support that sits alongside the care you already receive from your GP or diabetes team, never instead of it.

PCOS

Nutrition support for women with PCOS who want a calmer, more workable way of eating day to day.

Fatty liver (NAFLD)

Support with food choices, drinks and daily routine for people who have been told they have a fatty liver.

Bloating and digestion

Working out which meals and patterns leave you uncomfortable, and building meals you can eat without bracing yourself

Energy and weight

Support for steadier energy through the day and for anyone seeking to better manage their weight, without another resetrictive diet

How It Works

A clear, supportive process – without overwhelm

01

We look at the full picture

Your food, sleep, stress, medication, test results and the parts of your day that make eating well hard. Not a two-minute questionnaire.

02

We find the likely drivers

Together we work out what is most probably behind how you feel, and just as importantly, what is not worth your attention.

03

You get a plan built around your life

You’ll receive clear nutrition and lifestyle priorities that fit your week and your preferences.

04

We adjust as we go

Bodies and weeks are unpredictable. We review what worked, drop what did not, and keep refining it together.

What My Clients Are Saying

Every review means a lot. Here are a few kind words from past clients.

What Happens When You Book

You pick a time

Booking runs through Reservio. Choose a slot that suits you and you will get an instant confirmation by email.

You fill in a short form

Before your first session I will send a health and food questionnaire, so we do not spend your session on admin.

We meet by video

Wherever you are in the UK. No travel, no waiting room, just a link to click.

You get it in writing

After the session I send a written summary of what we agreed, so you are not relying on memory or notes.

You decide what next

Continue, move to a package, or take what you have and get on with it. No automatic rebooking and no pressure either way.

Frequently Asked Questions

I’ve gathered the most common questions from my clients to make your journey smoother.

Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?

No. You don’t need a formal diagnosis. Many clients come to me with prediabetes, insulin resistance, blood sugar swings, or symptoms such as cravings and low energy. Support is always personalised, based on your history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals — there’s no one-size-fits-all approach.

The free discovery call is a short, no-pressure conversation to understand your situation, answer your questions, and decide whether we’re a good fit. We’ll look at the bigger picture and, if appropriate, I’ll guide you towards the most suitable next step.

Rather than rigid meal plans, I offer tailored nutrition guidance based on your food preferences, routine, digestion, and blood sugar patterns. This includes food diary review, meal structure, and practical strategies you can realistically maintain.

Between sessions, you’ll put the agreed plan into practice. Email support is included for brief questions or clarifications, with responses within 2 business days (Monday–Friday). Each follow-up reviews your progress and adjusts your plan as your needs change.

That’s absolutely fine. Many clients I work with take medications such as metformin or other glucose-lowering treatments. Nutrition support is adapted to work alongside your prescribed care, and changes are always made with your overall health and safety in mind.

Yes. A gut-friendly approach is central to my work. If you experience bloating, constipation, reflux, or IBS-type symptoms, your plan is adapted so blood sugar support doesn’t come at the expense of digestion.

Yes, where insulin resistance is part of the picture. Support is always individualised and focuses on metabolic health while working alongside medical care where appropriate.

No. I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Nutrition support is provided alongside medical care and is not a replacement for advice from your GP or healthcare team.
